Over the next three months, Europe's mobile network operators are implementing a new roaming tariff that will save subscribers money...at least until the operators raise domestic charges in order to make up for their lost roaming revenues. The new charge of 0.49 cents per minute looks great, until you compare it to WiFiMobile's Premium tariff, which allows free mobile VoIP calls to landlines in over 40 countries. Free sounds better.
