One of Europe's leading VoIP carriers, Elephant Talk, will build its global GSM/WiFi/WiMAX converged services operation using Blueslice Networks' Converged Subscriber Platform 3000 Home Location Register (HLR). Elephant Talk plans to launch turnkey triple-play service this year that enables content distribution from entertainment companies and advanced multimedia devices. The Blueslice next-generation HLR supports advanced low cost roaming, HLR/HSS fixed mobile convergence (FMC), hosting and a multi-International Mobile Subscriber Identity (IMSI) capability that will enable Elephant Talk to deploy a competitive global service.
