New Mexico's newest movie studio, Albuquerque Studios, is relying on VoIP and wireless communications to help keep up with the hectic time schedules involved in modern day movie making. Based in Mesa del Sol, the $74 million studio includes a $7 million data and voice infrastructure including VoIP phones that operate with security and unified communications software from Cisco Systems Inc. The ability to reconfigure the communications infrastructure quickly is making life easier and better for the studio and the many crew members that use it.
