Mobivox, a voice-activated mobile VoIP company, will be announcing the addition of CRM capabilities to its mobile services platform Tuesday at eComm 2009. The company said the new features will allow operators to offer value-added voice services, and said it has tested the feature extensively in its "living lab" of millions of delivered voice-activated calls and messages.
"Mobivox partners can now perform all-important CRM in the course of service delivery, rather than before or after it, by dynamically inserting context-sensitive, unobtrusive messaging into user interactions," said Mobivox CEO Peter Diedrich. He added that this latest Mobivox innovation allows its existing and future platform partners to make voice-based interactions a powerful tool for containing marketing costs, retaining users and growing revenue, while improving the overall user experience."
Analyst Jon Arnold praised Mobivox for transforming the voice channel to be nearly as effective as a Web-based channel and said that the new offering will complement operators' existing CRM operations.
"MobivoxPL provides the added benefit of real-time touch points that engage subscribers in more meaningful ways, and it can add new revenue-generating services to the operator's portfolio of offerings," Arnold added.
