F5 (Nasdaq: FFIV)
F5 Networks announced Q2 2012 revenue of $339.6 million, up 5.3 percent from $322.4 million in the prior quarter, and 22.4 percent from $277.6 million in the second quarter of fiscal 2011. GAAP net income was $68.6 million, compared to $66.5 million in the prior quarter and $55.6 million in the second quarter a year ago.

Polycom (Nasdaq: PLCM)
Polycom Inc. reported Q1 2012consolidated net revenues of $367 million, compared to $344 million for the first quarter of 2011. GAAP net income for Q1 2012 was $15 million, compared to $34 million for the same period last year.

Juniper is feeling the pain of its major telco customers putting off their purchasing decisions for its routing products as the vendor reported that Q1 2012 net revenue declined 6 percent on a year-over-year basis and 8 percent sequentially to $1.03 billion.

Citrix Systems (Nasdaq: CTXS)
Citrix Systems Inc. reported first quarter 2012 revenue of $589 million, compared to $491 million in the first quarter of fiscal 2011. Net income for Q1 2012 was $68 million, compared to $74 million in Q1 2011.

Logitech (Nasdaq: LOGI)
Logitech International reported fourth quarter 2012 earnings that surged to a nine-fold increase over the previous period. The Swiss company reported Q4 2011 net income of $28 million, or 17 cents per share, an improvement from $3 million, or 2 cents per share, a year earlier.

LogMeIn (Nasdaq: LOGM)
LogMeIn Inc. reported that for Q1 2012, its total revenue increased 21 percent, to $32.7 million, up from $27 million reported in Q1 2011. LogMeIn's total subscription revenue increased 28 percent, to $32.0 million, up from $25 million in the same year-ago period.

ShoreTel (Nasdaq: SHOR)
ShoreTel beat analyst earnings and revenue estimates for its third quarter of 2012. The company reported a non-GAAP net loss for the quarter of $1.5 million, or 3 cent a share, compared to a profit of $600,000 a year ago, or 1 cent per share. Analysts had expected the company to lose 4 cents per share. Revenue for the quarter increased 9 percent from a year ago to $56.3 million, topping analyst estimates of $55.6 million.

Acme Packet (Nasdaq: APKT)
Acme Packet Inc. reported that higher opex and reduced product revenue in the first quarter combined to push earnings down 82 percent. Total revenue for Q1 2012 was $70.8 million, compared to $74 million in the first quarter of 2011. Analysts had forecasted revenue of $63.91 million. Meanwhile, non-GAAP net income fell 37 percent, to $12.2 million, or 17 cents per share, compared to $18.9 million, or 27 cents per share, in the first quarter of 2011.

Extreme Networks (Nasdaq: EXTR)
Extreme Networks reported it saw its net revenue fall 11 percent in its third fiscal quarter ended March 31. Earnings of $3.8 million, or 4 cents per share, were in line with analysts' estimates. Revenue for Q3 2012 totaled $73.4 million, down 3 percent from $75.7 million a year ago, but slightly ahead of the $73.24 million expected by analysts.

Vonage (NYSE: VG)
Vonage Holdings Corp. reported a second consecutive quarter of lower revenue, as well as lower earnings. Vonage's non-GAAP net income was $19 million, or 8 cents a share, down from $23 million, or 10 cents a share, a year ago. GAAP net income was $14 million, or 6 cents a share, down from $21 million, or 10 cents a share. Revenue, for Q1 2012, slipped nearly 2 percent from a year ago, to $215.9 million, beating analyst expectations, but continuing a two-quarter slide.

AudioCodes (Nasdaq: AUDC
AudioCodes Ltd. said first-quarter 2012 revenues were $32.3 million, down more than 21 percent, from $41 million the same quarter a year ago, and down sequentially 13 percent, from $37.2 million, in Q4 2011. AudioCodes reported a net GAAP loss of  $1.6 million, or 4 cents per diluted share, compared to net income of $3 million, or 7 cents per diluted share, for the first quarter of 2011, topping analyst estimates of a per-share loss of 4 cents.

BroadSoft Inc. reported Q1 2012 total revenue rose to $38.3 million, up 29 percent, compared to $29.7 million in Q1 2011. The company said its net income for Q1 2012 was $1.7 million, or $0.06 per diluted common share, compared to $3.7 million, or $0.13 per diluted common share in the first quarter of 2011.

Cisco reported its third-quarter 2012 earnings rose 20 percent to beat Wall Street expectations by a penny. Cisco reported earnings of $2.6 billion, or 48 cents per share, excluding one-time charges. Analysts expected per-share earnings of 47 cents. The company reported $11.6 billion in sales, also in line with expectations.
