And finally... With all the hoopla surrounding Microsoft's announcement this week of 15 VoIP phones compatible with Office Communications Server we were intrigued to dig up from the vault this announcement from Microsoft back in 1996 promoting what it called the Microsoft phone: "The rich communications technologies in Windows 95 combined with the product offerings of our hardware and OEM partners result in a powerful and integrated computer-telephony experience for end users." Seems we might have been down this path before.
