Avaya adds new training certifications for partners

Getting your channel partners up to speed so that they can work effectively with customers to sell your products can be a tough job in our ever changing technology climate. To address the issue, Avaya has enacted two new certifications for its channel partners to make them more knowledgeable about their offerings.

The new training and technology certs include Video Expert and Data Expert. The titles will show that the partner has attained the highest level of ability in sales and support for their respective products. Avaya Certified Solutions Architect for UC or Contact Centers is another certification they are offering. Finally, partners can get an optional certification in Avaya Connect Video Solutions which can be added to their other credentials.
