Bandwidth.com partners with Telchemy

Bandwidth.com and Telchemy announced a new technology partnership Monday that will see Bandwith.com integrate Telchemy's DVQattest quality assessment technology into its enterprise VoIP offering. Telchemy's technology allows sophisticated, graded analysis of quality of service from the call level to whole network analysis.

Bandwidth.com representatives said Telchemy's metrics will enable them to improve call quality across its network and identify problems more quickly.

The DVQattest product is an advanced active testing platform that can analyze both voice and video communications. It is an extension of Telchemy's market leading VQmon analysis technology that provides accurate measurements of user perceived quality and a wealth of diagnostic data.
