The best of FierceVoIP 2010

This year has been quite a ride in the FierceVoIP world. Our tech nerdiness has been satisfied as a number of companies have embraced the future of IP communications with cool video apps and neat handheld tablet devices. Unified Communications systems which used to be seen as just for the enterprise and a little dry have added cool new features like Twitter and Facebook. Cisco even has Ellen Page hawking home Telepresence as the Christmas present of choice this year. Not bad 2010, not bad.

As with any exciting year, the Fierce team have put together a few cool features and stories that we'd like you to look back on. I am sure you remember some of our VoIP features, but you might have missed some of the neat features by our sister publication FierceTelecom. Enjoy!
