Contact center vendor Calabrio creates user group
Contact center workforce optimization software vendor Calabrio has created a user group for its workforce optimization software customers. The group will meet Nov. 7-9, in Nashville, Tenn.
Calabrio develops and markets Calabrio ONE, a suite of contact center workforce optimization software. It has a customer-base of more than 3,000 and has deployed its suite on more than a million desktops. The user group was formed to provide a strong customer community and collaboration forum among veteran and new clients.
At the first meeting, members will share best practices, receive exclusive training, view product demos and interact with the Calabrio team.
