Dialogic gets interoperability with BroadSoft for IMG Media Gateways

Dialogic Inc. (NASDAQ: DLGC), a communications technologies provider, has completed interoperability testing of its IMG 1010 Integrated Media Gateway with the BroadWorks IP communications server platform. Service providers can now use the IMG 1010 along with Broadvox's Broadworks platform to provide thousands of concurrent business VoIP sessions accessing the PSTN.

The interoperability doesn't stop there as IMG 1010's "Any-to-Any" allows connections between BroadSoft SIP-based services and a range of PSTN and IP protocols, including SS7, SIP-I and ISUP over SIGTRAN. The combination allows providers to deploy highly scalable business VoIP services as a single manageable service node.
