Fonality targets SMBs with hosted UC trixbox Pro 5.2

Small and medium-sized businesses want unified communications and the ease of hosted VoIP. Fonality has announced its trixbox Pro 5.2, a hybrid-hosted IP-PBX software solution designed for small and mid-size businesses (SMBs).

The hybrid-hosted solution combines a lower total cost of ownership and advanced Unified Communications (UC), contact center and VoIP calling features.

Fonality trixbox Pro 5.2 is an open standard, software-based IP-PBX solution for most commercial servers and SIP phones. It uses a cloud-based, hybrid-hosted model for remote management capabilities making it easy to add new features and users. Additionally, users will have access to Fonality Heads Up Display, a UC dashboard that provides click-to-call, visual call parking, secure chat and real-time employee presence.

The offering is available only through certified Fonality resellers.
