F&S sees $14.6B hosted telecom business in 2012

And speaking of hosted IP PBX services, someone's certainly a believer. A Frost & Sullivan study released this week says the hosted telecom business in North American was worth $372.6 million in 2005, and estimates that it will be worth $14.6 billion in 2012. An analyst said small businesses account for most of that money, but so do medium and large businesses. (Don't you just love analyst reports?)
