HelloSoft launches VoIP for WiMAX SoC

Could VoIP be what WiMAX has been waiting for...and vice versa? We may soon have a chance to find out as a VoIP for WiMAX system-on-chip (SoC) design is here, thanks to California-based HelloSoft. Optimizing VoIP for WiMAX, the SoC technology is "paving the way for mass deployment of VoIP over WiMAX," says Krishna Yarlagadda, founder and president & CEO of HelloSoft.
