MetroPCS - Mobile VoIP will cost you more
With the launch of its LTE service, the mobile phone service company MetroPCS has arranged pricing tiers based not only on how much data customers will use, but also how they use that data. YouTube viewing and web browsing will be encouraged at the cheaper $40 tier, but if users want to take advantage of mobile VoIP apps (or even watch videos on sites other than YouTube), they will have to opt for the more expensive plans.
