Microsoft to hide VoIP phone in Zune?

It's no great secret that Microsoft has a serious case of iPod envy, just like anyone else who's competing with Apple for a piece of the digital media player market. Microsoft's entry--the announced-but-not-yet-shipped Zune--has been getting mixed advance reviews. Why should you care? Because the Zune, unlike the iPod, has WiFi built in, and there are now rumors that it will have the ability to act like a wVoIP phone. Apple's been rumored to have a cell phone of its own under development for years, but a converged media player/wireless phone from Microsoft would be a real game-changer.
