Motorola Mobility's state tax deal leaves a lot of room to grow, or cut, staff

Motorola Mobility got $110 million in financial incentives from the State of Illinois for keeping its headquarters and, presumably, HQ jobs in Libertyville. But a look at the fine print shows it can trim its 3,290 person workforce by several hundred and still get all the benefits from the deal.
