New recording apps from CTI Group

Here's an interesting value-add VoIP application. The CTI Group has launched three new products in its SmartRecord IP line. One service allows all calls on a DID line to be automatically recorded. Another gives callers an 800 number, an account number and PIN; any calls placed on the service is recorded. And the third is a recording-enabled SIP trunk that would allow service provider to provide the service at will. Applications include law offices, insurance companies, brokerages, and journalists. The products take the place of expensive and inconvenient premises equipment.
