OAISYS releases new version of Talkument and Tracer for call centers


Business call recording and contact center management solutions provider OAISYS has launched the newest iteration of its Talkument and Tracer call recording software.

Version 7.2 features expanded voice documentation compliance capabilities and a new Archiving Appliance offering, and is, said the company, its most encompassing release to date, providing users with solutions to business and regulatory compliance obligations.

"Our customers tell us regulatory compliance is a top-of-mind issue, one for which we have been targeting solutions for many years," said Brian Spencer, president of OAISYS. The new release, he said, gives users a "comprehensive compliance solution" for use in any industry.

The new release features a number of new features, chief among them an archival database that enables automatic, targeted relocation from a primary database to an archival database, while still allowing instant search to access the same interface used to manage online recordings.

It also allows users to further restrict and control information in individual call recordings on an as-needed basis to ensure instance-by-instance compliance with regulations and guidelines. The company said, for example, that its call-slicing feature that allows users to separate a single recording into multiple recordings; call merging, meanwhile, allows users to merge the segments of two or more recordings into a single recording for ease of organization and improved incident reconstruction.
