Pervasip acquiring Infiniti Systems

VoIP solutions provider and parent company of Vox, Pervasip is making moves to increase and secure their customer base and service offerings by signalling their interest to purchase long-time collaborator Infiniti Systems.

Infiniti Systems is a business IT solution company that provides information security, managed services, custom software applications and IT staffing. The company has been working with Pervasip and introduced its VoIP offerings to one of its biggest customers. The puchase of Infiniti will not only expand Persvasip's customer base, it will also add a seasoned IT staff to the company and the ability to provide other new synergistic business services to its current clients.

The companies have signed a letter of intent for the purchase and are working on the details to make the deal a reality.
