Siemens OpenScale service packages launch worldwide

Hosted and managed services are all about cost savings these days, and it's not just the United States that is looking for cost savings. Since last year, Siemens has offered OpenScale services to the North American market and now it is launching them worldwide.

The OpenScale Service Packages can be purchased together or independently and can either keep the Siemens brand or be white-labeled by the channel partner. The packages work independent of the telephony or UC system a client is using as it is set up to be multi-vendor.

The worldwide launch includes OpenScale Total Care which provides maintenance for flexible SLAs and on site service; OpenScale Proactive Support which adds day-to-day activities including closed-loop fault monitoring, back-up and restore, and service level reporting; OpenScale Advanced Performance provides quality of service and performance monitoring; OpenScale Active Monitoring adds voice, server, network and application monitoring on top of existing service agreements with customers for resellers that don't already offer monitoring.
