Sipera Systems, voipGATE team on UC security

Unified Communications security specialist Sipera Systems is partnering with Luxembourg-based voipGATE to provide a broader security strategy for the VoIP provider using Sipera's UC-Sec appliances, as well as its E-SBC session border controller.

Sipera's E-SBC is the industry's first device for SIP trunk termination to include a enterprise VoIP integration module for rapid installation and implementation.

"Voipgate complements its enterprise VoIP solutions  and services with a SIP trunk service that connects business telephony systems with the Internet," said Paul German, Vice President of EMEA Sales for Sipera. "Sipera's E-SBC secures these SIP trunks and ensures the confidentiality of business critical communications."

By joining Sipera's and voipgate's competencies, customers will now also be able to secure their communications by using Sipera's solutions, thus having a double business benefit through cost reductions and improved security.

Voipgate is part of DCL Group and offers telecommunication services and local phone numbers in more than 60 countries, allowing customers to establish virtual presences in their key markets. voipgate has strong partnerships with key PBX and mobile device vendors to ensure and offer its customers both flexibility and ease of use.
