SMBs increasingly see IP telephony as an option

Small and mid-sized businesses in the 20-50 employee range are increasingly seen as a potential sweet spot for IP telephony adoption, according to management consultancy Inzenka. Specifically, Inzenka explains, because larger firms have already seen its benefits and are using it.
