Speakeasy shops price plan

Speakeasy, the Seatle-based voice and data company, rolled out a flexible pricing plan for its business VoIP offering. EasyVoice offers several price/minute combinations that can be shared by all employees, with rollover for unused time.

Speakeasy's biz VoIP currently features unlimited domestic calls for $2.95 per employee. EasyVoice is priced at $19.95 per employee and layered with a usage package, from $13.95 monthly for 500 domestic minutes, up to $189.95 for 10,000. International plans begin at $44.95 for 1,000 minutes per month, up to $204.95 for 5,000.

Speakeasy is also marketing ADSL2+ business-class broadband provided by Covad Communications in 11 cities. Speakeasy's advantage in the enterprise VoIP market comes from its acquisition by Best Buy last April. It doesn't hurt to have a presence in one of the most ubiquitous electronics retailers in the world.
