SPOTLIGHT: RingCentral adds voice to hosted PBX platform

RingCentral expands service offering
RingCentral of Redwood City, Calif., said it's adding VoIP service to its hosted PBX offering. DigitalLine VoIP will give PBX clients voice comms over existing broadband links without having to replace phones, RingCentral says. The company recently raised $12 million in venture cap funding from Khosla Ventures and Sequoia Capital. DigitalLine is summarized in PC Magazine here.
