Telcentris adds more levels to white-label VoIP offering

Telcentris, creator of VoxOx, has added to its white label portfolio recently. The two new offerings, WL2 and WL3, expand the company's white label portfolio from a single, entrance-level package to a three-solution suite. Telcentris' white label offerings use the company's end-to-end managed wholesale VoIP enablement platform for companies that want to launch their own branded service.

The new three-tiered offering attempts to address customer concerns and work for a number of different customers ranging from resellers, MLMs and entrepreneurs interested in entering the VoIP market; to interconnects, MSOs, MSPs, ITSPs and traditional phone companies (ILECs, CLECs, IXCs) seeking to add VoIP to their business services. Telcentris will also allow its channel partners to sell the white label solution.

"The launch of our first white label VoIP offering in December of 2010 garnered an impressive amount of customer and partner interest as well as requests for additional capabilities and services," said Tad Nikolich, Director of Sales at Telcentris in a release. "Due to this positive response, we've expanded our white label offerings to meet customer demand."

When Telcentris launched in December, it described the system as requiring little investment and being fully customizable for private labeling. Customers can sign up for SIP trunking, Hosted IP-PBX, carrier services, call-back services and landline residential replacement services. The turnkey system offers a fully branded member portal, customer management system, billing system and training sessions to get aspiring VoIP providers up and running.
