TI's ubiquity said to drive SMB market

TI's making a big deal about how its DSPs are everywhere in the VoIP chain, and how that will supposedly make VoIP rollouts to SMBs easier. To my mind, if an SMB has to think about a DSP, the sale is lost already. But it's true: TI's chips are everywhere. But why should a consumer care?
