Unify Square adds proactive monitoring to PowerAssurance Skype for Business managed service

Unify Square has beefed up its Skype for Business remote managed service offering to proactively audit the health and system availability of the Microsoft unified communications product.

The latest upgrade to the company's PowerAssurance offering was designed to go beyond reactive monitoring and deal with issues before they become a problem that affects performance or availability. According to Unify Square's announcement, the end result is fewer outages, increased productivity and a reduction in the dedicated Skype for Business IT staff, leaving IT operations professionals with more time for other projects.

Its PowerAssurance managed service works in conjunction with its PowerSuite integrated UC operations tool, but part of Unify Square's value proposition is in its global team of Skype for Business experts.

"With software, consulting and 24x7 remote managed services, we now have the industry's most comprehensive solutions for Skype for Business," said Sonu Aggarwal, CEO of Unify Square, in a statement. "Our brains, not just brawn approach allows us to provide economies of scale that reduce our client's costs, increase their productivity and free up valuable engineering resources.
