Verizon Rev. A rollout near completion

Not to flog our sister newsletter too much, but it's pointing out that Verizon Wireless says it's almost finished rolling out its EV-DO Rev. A network upgrade. That was way fast; final field tests of the technology weren't finished until September, so Verizon got the entire buildout done in about six months. It's all the more notable because Verizon's been much quieter about Rev. A than rival Sprint has been; Sprint's been talking up its market-by-market upgrade, while Verizon's stayed pretty much mum entire Rev. A is everywhere.
