What keeps IT managers up at night? The SANS Institute says they're worrying about phone stuff. Cell phone worms seem to top the list, even though reports of them in the real world are few and far between. But VoIP is a close second--both the problem of hackers stealing minutes and the ongoing issues of quality and management. Management and fraud are actually related, the report points out: with strong call accounting software (a strength of legacy systems), service theft is simple to notice and shut down. Sounds like a business opportunity, doesn't it?
