Vonage CFO leaving the company
Vonage CFO, John Rego, announced last week that he'd be leaving the company later in the year. He didn't elaborate on the reasons for his departure.
According to an SEC filing, Rego will continue in his role as CFO, treasurer and executive vice president until the company files its 2009 annual report and reveals his replacement. More details will apparently be forthcoming from the company.
Rego is leaving the company while it struggles to deal with subscriber loss and lawsuits. The company lost 50,000 net subscribers for the full quarter and had to pay $3 million to 32 states over customer care and cancellation issues.
